A moderately fast-growing climber. Stiff, single, green leaves are slightly glossy on the upper side, 5-10 cm long and wide, and coarsely toothed with 3-5 slightly noticeable lobes. Red leaf petioles. The foliage is similar to that of the plane tree. Ideal for growing over arbours, pergolas and various supports.
