Actinidia Kiwi Berry - Hardy Kiwi fruit plantation
Szczepan Marczyński is visiting one of the first production plantations of Actinidia arguta in Poland, run in Bodzew near Grójec by Mr. Jacek Kostrzewa. The plantation was established in spring 2011. The full productivity should be achieved in 2-3 years and it will continue for another decade or more.

Clematis - fragrant flowers
There are many fragrant Clematis. Scented Clematis will be best placed in the vicinity of arbours, doors, windows, gates, paths – wherever we spend time most often. It’s much nicer to be relaxing in an arbour enveloped in fragrant vines.
Clematis - how to support them
Climbers in general, and Clematis especially, can be a pride of every garden. To achieve the best result though, supports need to be provided. There are many types of supports. A gate, an arch, a trellis or an arbour may serve the purpose. We can also use a metal support, wrought in a shape of an obelisk, tripod, pyramid or another form.

Szczepan Marczyński fell in love with Clematis over 30 years ago. Since 1992 he’s been also raising them. Until now, he has raised and introduced over 40 own cultivars.
Clematis and other climbers on the balcony - containers
To grow plants on a terrace or a balcony, you need to put them in containers. They should be of 30-40 cm height and 30 l capacity at least. They can be made from all sorts of materials.

Clematis and other climbers on the balcony - planting
On one balcony or in the same container different cultivars can be teamed. Planting can take place not only in spring but also in summer or early autumn. As plants are bought in small, 2-litre containers, we can transplant them to their destined, bigger pots throughout the season.
