A healthy free-flowering cultivar from the Viticella Group. Masses of deep red flowers turning to pink with age are produced from June to September. Narrow sepals and yellow anthers. An undemanding vine that will thrive even in mediocre soil.
Suitable for growing over fences and all kinds of garden supports. It gives a flamboyant display when grown through shrubs or conifers enlivening the garden. Recommended to both beginning gardeners and connoisseurs.
